 研究方向城市风险管理与应急交通保障；曾入选上海市浦江人才计划（A类）；主持国家自然科学基金、上海市浦江人才计划等科研项目3项，并主持乌鲁木齐、厦门等城市咨询课题6项；发表论文20余篇，其中SCI收录6篇。
