同济大学教授、博士生导师,主要研究方向为交通安全。博士毕业于美国University of Central Florida。2009年入选上海市优秀归国人员浦江人才计划,2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2015年获国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金,2016年入选同济大学青年百人计划。目前担任道路与交通工程教育部重点实验室副主任、道路交通安全与环境教育部工程研究中心副主任、交通安全国际合作联合实验室执行主任。
担任国际交通安全学术刊物Accident Analysis and Prevention、Journal of Transportation Safety and Security的编委、TRB Simulation and Measurement of Vehicle and Operator Performance (AND 30)学术委员、Together for Safer Road国际安全联盟专家组成员。国内担任《中国安全科学学报》副主编、上海市交通委员会科技委交通安全与环境技术委员会委员、交通部交通运输部公路交通安全技术交通运输行业重点实验室学术委员会委员、复旦大学应用心理学专业学位硕士研究生校外兼职导师。
围绕交通安全规划、交通安全管理、设施安全分析、驾驶模拟器应用研究、驾驶行为与车辆主动安全进行了大量理论研究与社会应用推广工作。在交通工程主要期刊Transportation Research Record、Accident Analysis and Prevention、Journal of Transportation Engineering、IEEE、中国公路学报、同济大学学报和国际国内会议发表论文180余篇。
